From the picture posted, it looks like the bottom panel is removable.
If you can remove that and watch what happens when you turn it on, that will help. A glow igniter should turn on which once bright and hot, will ignite the gas.
If it glows, but you get no gas, it is probably the two electromagnetic coils that sit on top of the gas valve. There are online stores that sell them with a good return policy if that doesn't fix the problem... do you have a volt meter?

Check the ignitor near the burner controller. If the ignitor fails, gas valve is not opened to sustain the burner so there is no heat. Good luck.
