My DS-1 runs all the time when it it turned on. It looks as though the paper detector switch doesn't pop out when the paper has passed through. Can I get a new paper detector switch and install it? Thanks, Frank

Try running it backwards to clear the paper shreds. If that does not work, you will have to take it apart to clean out any paper that has gotten into the lever.
