MY DTC400e printer is ripping apart my ribbon cartridges. everytime i try to print a card, the printer SEARCHES for for the color ribbon. the cards are sometimes printed very poorly if at all. i have completed the latest upgrade FIRMWARE after that it worked good for one day..and now i have the same problems
