My Dual Sew 3400 catches the bobbin thread, the feed dogs do not seem to be working, the bobbin thread has loops. I have adjusted the tension and cleaned the machine. Suggestions please!
Just started: Bobbin thread has loops, material does not feed through evenly, the machine will continue to sew if I "help" by tugging it lightly. The feed dogs do not seem to be working all the time, but the bobbin thread is catching, too. I have tried adjusting the tension. Another issue: Also the bobbin thread will "catch" and then I get a huge tangle of thread. It will work again if I completely re-thread the machine. Thank you for your help.

Maybe your machine needs to go in for servicing just to be safe it is possible some thing simple
EITHER THE LENGTH OF THE STITCH IS ZERO OR YOU HAVE THE FEED DOGS LOWERED.
