My Cyberhome 1600 DVD recorder, made in 2005, will play but not burn anything at all,says "no disk" or two other things like "doesn't recognize"and something else it says too. I doubt it is dirty or it wouldn't play,although I am not sure....everything is hooked up right and supposedly it wasn't used much and worked fine. I tried two types of dvd+rw, the + kind as the manual says, and no matter what I try it won't work...is there a specific brand name I should try or anything else,or did I get gipped?
