Take off the back cover and insert the tip of a pen or paper clip in the little button between the 3.0 volt battery door and the AA batteries. It is "printer reset" around the little hole. This should work. It works unless something is wrong with the ribbon of letters that can get stuck. I'm trying right now to get my to reset using this solution (that has worked previously) but it is not. So it is a **** shoot!
To reset you press a toothpick in the little hole on the left side in the back. If you have more errors, you can go to the dymo website and download the manual and see troubleshooting tips.
