My Echo PB-250LN blower is hard to start after carb rebuild and misfire at full throttle. Spark arrestor is clean and fuel is fresh
Rebuilt the carb and it seems to run better, but now floods easier on choke and still hesitates and stalls on full throttle while cold. symptoms seem to disappear after it runs a minute and I mess with the choke to get rpms up again. I also was unable to replace the needle seat as I did not have compressed air or a tool to pull the old one out.

It sounds like the exhaust is restricting the outlet gas. Try running it without the exhaust. If it runs better, clean or replace the exhaust /mufler.
