My Ecoquest Fresh Air purifier display reads: NEEDS RCI CELL. I have ordered one online, is it safe to run the unit until I receive and replace the rci? I can already tell a difference in allergy symptoms in the 1st 24hrs it has been off. Thanks!!!

By all means run the unit while you wait for the new RCI cell. The purifier will be less effective in killing germs while the RCI cell is out. It will still work to reduce the allergens in the air. Hope this helps you.
