Report "My engine cuts out and dies when i am riding. Generally this happens when i go from neutral to first gear or at very low RPM when at an inner section. Everything on the dash goes out as well and the clock re sets back to zero as if the battery was disconnected. The volts on the battery go from 13.5 to under 12 when the bike dies and will not start again until it is jumped or hooked up to a charger. The battery is new and i checked for loose wires or connections at the terminals. Than you in advance"
