My engine light was on so we cleared it and now it won't start
My engine light was on so we cleared it with a diagnostic computer. Now we can't get the car started back up. Is there something that you think it could be. I really hope it is a minor problem because it is the only car I have to get back and forth to my 2 jobs. Please give me any help you can, and it will be greatly appreciated.

I haven't actually seen a situation in which just clearing the service codes will cause a no-start but I've certainly not seen it all by any means. You may wish to try simply disconnecting the negative battery cable for about 5 minutes and reconnecting it to see if that would get it to run. Always be extremely careful when working around any battery and wear eye protection. I'm assuming it will crank but just won't start? If you have the service code number that it had written down that may help if you have to have it worked on at a service facility.
