My env2 is having spazes the ok button and the #*and 0 button wont work on the front screen and it keeps shutting off when i open this picture message my sister sent me of my grandma. I cant delete it now because the phone has locked the message what should i do

This is what worked for me: turn the phone off, then remove the battery from the phone. After a couple of seconds, replace the battery and turn the phone back on.
Take this to the verizon repair store nearest you and explain your problem..when mine starting freezing up it was just a download of new software it needed because of a glitch when they first came out.
