My Facebook account was hijacked last week, i started to notice unfamiliar conversations between myself and my friends, even at odd hours of the day. I managed to get full control of it when i changed my passwords several times just to try and throw off the hijackers. I can access my account from any other PC or device, but not me main PC at work. this is the error the technicians got when they tried to assist me: "Sorry. You are banned from this website." How do i resolve this?

It almost sounds like Facebook blocked your work's IP address - maybe the hijacker was sending inappropriate/bannable messages from your workplace? That would explain why your account is only banned at work. I would bring the issue up with your HR department just in case you were the target of a renegade coworker with a knack for hacking. Don't forget to change your email address on Facebook, as well - if your hacker got into your email they could easily take control again.
Please also consider that your workplace may have banned Facebook for productivity reasons, as well.
You could also use Facebook's Help Center, which is notoriously useless. I'm sorry about your luck - hopefully your ban is only temporary.
HI, Usually one way of banning you from a certain sites is when other members are requesting it or reporting your account to be a spammer or the like. Also, every computer has their specific computer name, ip address, and MAC address , which are the information needed to ban or block you. You have to send a request to reset your computer, that could probably release the information to lift the ban or being blocked. Thank you for using FIxya, Your recommendation is highly appreciated for the free support.
Hi, You mentioned that you are only having a problem on Office PC, right? You might need to send in a request from your IT department for an exchange of Computer. It will contain a different IP, MAC and computer name to bypass the problem. Thanks you again.Hi, You mentioned that you are only having a problem on Office PC, right?
