there could be different reasons why face book decided to disable your account. This does not really mean you did anything wrong before it was disabled.

If this is on a laptop and wireless connection check if different locations would make a difference. Such as a cafe, at home or at a friends house. Chances are it is just network security that is blocking you to access the site or lets protocols pass through. You need the administrator to get through this. If it is locally on your computer and this does not happen when you use another known working computer, then you need to have the computer checked for viruses or worms that may have infected your system.
