MY FELLOWS GD1200 SHREDDER IS REALLY JAMMED WITH PAPER.WENT TH SHRED ENVELOPES AND TOO MUCH PAPER WAS INSIDE.hOW DO I UNJAM THIS? iVE TRIED REVERSE SLOWLY THEN FORWARD,ETC.IT IS STUCK BADLY.I SAW AN ANSWER 'YOU NEED OIL PLIERS" BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THAT MEANS OR HOW THIS WILL WORK.PLEASE HELP

First, UNPLUG IT!
2 - Then remove the top. shredding part and flip it over.
3 - Carefully, with your fingers, not a pliers, remove all the paper bits and pieces from the underside of the shredder.
4 - Turn it back to right side up, and place it on the basket as it should be positioned, then plug it in and turn it on in REVERSE first.
5 - Once it starts, let it run until it stops; it should only be a couple of seconds.
6 - Turn the direction back to normal, and see if it will run that way.
