I am assuming that you have already made sure that your hot and cold water taps are fully open. If not, then check those first. Otherwise try this. First, turn off the hot and cold water. Remove the hoses from the back of the machine. Turn the machine to face you and do a visual inspection of the screens on both the hot and cold water valves. If there are no screens, your valves may have lime and hard water deposits, or they are simply too weak to fully open. Generic, as well as OEM water valves are available on-line to replace them.
