Yeah if the filters are clear and your water pressure is good replace the inlet valve, i believe on that model the hot and cold come as one assembly which is pretty easy to replace if you take the top off. What happens is part of the valve's inner workings called the diaphragm can devalop a split which'l cause it to fill only slowly
