I plugged in the Flip and the software downloaded to my computer, the FlipShare screen came up and I highlighted the comcorder icon then nothing else happened.

I downloaded the latest software from the FlipShare website but still no difference. I read on the net that Vista was not compatible with MP4 as it did not have the Codec so I downloaded a Vist Codec pack from Softpedia.com. No difference.

I rang the helpline but soon found out that I was being waffled and was getting absolutely nowhere.

I have tried other cameras without any problems so what may I do ?
Here's hoping you can help me. Been trying now for 3 weeks. Thanks
