I tried three different USB ports that my PC has, and then all showed exact same error. I directly connect the FLIP MinoHD device to the port.
When I plug in the Flip to the USB port, and the FlipShare software automatically starts and then it shows this error. Below is the detail message of the error.
My PC can see the Flip device as an external USB device and even I can read the video files from teh Flip device. Only FlipShare software can't recognize the device. I appreciate in advance for your help!
