My flipshare software wont load anymore after I installed an update on the Ultra hd over the weekend and the flip web site doesn't have the page any longer to download the previous software and it is causing my computer issues help

Did you try reinstalling or uninstalling and doing a fresh install? your data shouldn't be at risk, but i'd back up just in case.
My flip ultra is frozen on the front page saying hold red button for set up but nothing happens cant evan turn it off without taking batteries out, please help asap
