Hi - I have read most of the questions regarding heating issues with the X1, but still feel I need a bit more help. My X1 heats up to about only 55 degrees (even when the steamer button is on), then the bottom light shuts off. When I press the coffee button steamy hot water does come out from the portafilter area, so I'm assuming it's in fact hotter than 55 and the reading is off. However, no matter how long I wait, zero steam or any water of any sort comes out of the steamer itself, and I have tried cleaning it. the machine is about 8 years old, but very rarely used; last time I used it the steamer was working fine, but this was about a year ago :) any suggestions?
