My freezer is collecting ice on the bottom all of a sudden, and I am getting water on the floor, what should I do. Thanks. Is the drain plug clogged.. I hear a motor running so I don't think its the evaporation coil. and I feel heat out of the access panel. so it sounds like a plugged drain. do I have to pull refrig out. or can I fix from inside, removing the freezer access panel thanks for any help

Hi, there. While we cannot assist with repairs I can offer links to our troubleshooting, use and care guides, replacment parts, parts lists, and service line should that be necessary. We hope this helps. http://bit.ly/zkfnZd http://bit.ly/112Lu7q http://bit.ly/LrNZiS http://bit.ly/yLv4Z5
I would vacuum around the unit, using a hose attachment, to remove any dust or lint that could be blocking the blower. Do not go under the unit, as you could hit a fan, and cause damage to other parts. I would also move any food items away from the vents in the unit to help restore proper air flow. Using a $1 bill, close it in the door and the frame, and see if the bill pulls out easily. If it does, then the seal is not closing properly. Clean around the gasket using mild soap and water, and see if that improves the seal.
