Report "My friend has a blackberry, he dropped it last night and he said it worked for a hour then it turned white, i took the battery out, no red light popped up no white screen or anything, i plug it into the charger & try to turn it on, nothing happens... i just plugged it into my computer, the rd light comes on the the white screen comes on again, anything he can do? thats not getting a new phone.? thanks"
