My front passenger side window does not work. Neither the drivers side control panel nor the passenger side door switch will get the window to go up or down. How can I deduce what the problem is? I had something similar happen to my 2003 Yukon XL and I replaced the drivers side control panel and it worked. Would this work again?

It depends, use a test light and while operating the switches one at a time verify that 12v is going to the motor. If so then the motor is faulty. It is a possibility that the drivers side is faulty, but also check the lockout switch on the drivers side, that goes faulty as well but if all other window are operating from their own control not the driver's then thats not a suspect
