Report "My front turning signals will not flash,it is NOT the bulbs.They have been replaced.turning signals will work in front if i flash them myself using the turning signal switch on the steering column.The back flasher,flash really fast.Book said to replace turning signal relay.Purchased relay.Can not locate where to install it"
