My furnace will go threw its start up cycle! run with flame for about 5 min and then cut out , shuts off completely.I have cleaned flame sensor and it is still doing this? so can a faulty flame sensor show these symptoms?

Try the pressure switch jump it out and see if this works ,check hoses to it are not blocked of split , check air filter is clean
