I've tried descaling it but I don't think that's the problem - it sounds as if it's trying to **** the water through but it can't get through. This is the second time this has happened and it somehow fixed itself last time. Could it be an air lock? I would try priming it again, but I've lost the manual and the one on the website doesn't have the picture of the machine and the part numbers, so I can't understand what the text is saying.
