My Galaxy DX 44V will not stay on frquency . It jumps between channel 19 & 18 . When it jumps off 19 to 18 it is only when receiving , so when it does this I have to listen on 18 and talk on 19 . Any ideas would be very helpfull as I am lost as to where to start looking for the cause . Thank you very much

YOU HAVE PLL AND VCO PROBLEMS, ONLY A SERVICEMAN CAN FIX THAT PROBLEM, I HAVE REPAIRED THAT SAME PROBLEM MANY TIMES
