I suggest you remove the battery and contact the phone supplier, dealer or manufacturer without delay.
By way of diverse information I once had a phone that would periodically get hot. The reason was, the phone was locked to a certain service provider but the SIM was from a different supplier. Even though the SIM was compatible enough to work normally for a while, after a few days the phone started to reject it and the phone and battery would heat up.
Normality would be restored by removing the battery for a short time and then refitting it. Once the phone had rebooted it was fine again for a few days...
