My gas pack won't light
I have a new Goodman gas pack. The technician can get it to light from the outside, but it will not light from my thermostat inside the house. He believe it was the thermostat so I went bought a new one, same problem. Any ideas?

First, the thermostat white wire is the wire that initiates the furnace to start. When you select heat on your thermostat the tech should get a 24-28 volts between the white wire and common on the thermostat wire in the furnace. If you do not get the required voltage, there is a break in the wire from the furnace to the thermostat that needs to be tracked down and eliminated.
