The battery is completely shot. Even with the power cord, The battery still has to maintain power to work. The light flashing 10 times is a warning that there is not enough power to turn on cpu

I've read the manual and it says the "battery is heating up, and PC needs to be shut down"

I've shut down the PC for about 12 hours, and turned it back on just now, and it is still flashing.

If it is not worked, try to enter the safe mode. Update the antivirus, windows immediately. If u have knowledge in electronics. Open back cover, reinsert the RAM it will solve the issue.

NOTE: Before making any attempt to remove or replace any part inside the casing, ensure that the power is off.
