Ultima 65 laminator was fine untill replacement film was needed. Usual procedure for film replacement was followed and film is ready to be fed into the machine. Now the machine will only drive the rollers in reverse.The rollers turn in reverse when either the forward or reverse switches are pressed. Otherwise the machine seems to be operating normally,....warms up.....goes ready.....just will only drive in reverse. I am the technician assigned to repair this and would appreciate any help.
