Check your wash arms, and make sure the holes are not plugged. Also make sure they are free to turn. Next,remove the toe-kick panel, and look for leaks or signs of leakage. Sometimes (especially if your tile floor doesn't go all the way back), dishwashers will leak most of their water out and you never know it! Other simpler things is to make sure you are not blocking the soap dispenser with large pans or plates.
