My glo-warm wall mount heater pilot light will not light. I tried the ignitor, saw blue spark , and nothing. I also tried using a lighter, I got it to light barely once and that was it. I can't smell any gas coming through the line either?

Without the model number of the heater it is hard to give an accurate answer but I will give you some suggestions.
I would start with cleaning the pilot ODS assembly.

I would check the regulator on the heater...if it is propane these gas get raw gases in the regulator and cause the unit not to pressure up correctly.
Give these items a try first before replacing any parts.
