My glowarm wall heater does not always respond to the electronic spark. Repeated pressing the button does not always ignite the propane. A simple bang on the left side works ever time. Do I have dirt or debris in the gas valve. In atlanta ga. Where can I get this annoying problem resolved. Can the heater be returned to the factory or authorized repair service?

I have a very similar problem with an empire unvented heater in my shop and what I have found that works the best for me is to give pilot and burners a thourgh cleaning every couple weeks. I get a lot of fine dust and saw dust in it and I use my air compressor to blow out all that I can then run vacumn over burners. I hope this helps you. Thank you. P.S.
