My GoGEAR SA5MXX can connect to my laptop, but it is not charging. How will i fix this problem?
I have connected GoGEAR SA5MXX to my laptop to charge & transfer. So, it's already connected to the laptop, and I can hear the sound that says the device is already connected. However, it's not charging. Also, there's no lightning icon that says it's charging. All I can see is a laptop icon and the battery icon w/o the lightning. How will i fix this problem? I badly want to use it right now. huhu. :

Hai julienne rebong .dear you need to update your firmware version of your philips go gear .its possible nothing to worry .just visit www.philips.com enter your country.selecy audio vision type your go gear model number.they will provide you the latest firmware .follow the instruction go ahead .if iam help full says thanks.bye take care.
