My grandma has a Wave Music System Multi-CD changer. She did not read the instructions before using and now has the update cd and 3 cds stuck in all the slots. It won't let me eject and does not even read the cds in the slots. Is there a way that we can fix this?

First you'll need to take the cover off the system. Once inside you should be able to take the cover off the CD Tray and remove the CDs by hand.
I just got a Bose 3 disk CD Multi-Changer, but need a Update Disc before I can hook it up to my Bose Wave, where can I gat this disk and how much do they cost.
