Hi rbryan28, If you've already tried to clean the optical lens and still the "no disc error" appear, high chance that the lens assembly was faulty. You must take it apart and check the spindle motor first. Lot of my "no disc error" repaired unit has a faulty spindle motor. Click the link below for the sample tips... LINK1 LINK2 Once you've confirmed that the spindle motor is in good condition, you need to replace the optical lens or the lens assembly to back the unit from reading again... If you don't have necessary tools and test instrument and can't troubleshoot the unit yourself, I would advice you to send it to your local repair shop to isolate the problem. Hope I helped you.
