My G'z one type V Casio wont start up. When i turn on the cell phone it gets past the Verizon scrren. 3 or 4 seconds later a white screen appears with parallel lines near the top edge of the screen going across horizontaly. In between the two line say's " nvimnv. c 06258 " Can you help me please!?
