My haier ac is not cooling the room.i have changed its temperature to 16? but it remain on 34 and it also producing sound...what can i do now ...is this voltage problem or deficieny of of gas

If not working way it used to measure the voltage to eliminate that from the equation. If voltage is ok, and amperage usage is lower that normal, loss of refrigerant is suspected.
