My Harman Kardon Soundsticks 2 stopped working. They are plugged in, I restarted, the loudspeakers are at 100 and NOT muted, and still I can hear nothing. What do I need to do to resolve this please?

Ok, let's see if we can work this out. You say the speakers are at 100. Where are you seeing this 100? You say the speakers are NOT muted. Where are they NOT muted?
Is the light on in the sub-woofer? Is the volume turned up on the right hand speaker?
