My hayward heater statesup and run good for about 45seconds to 60 and stars jumping, i can hear the bafel in the heating tub clicking around. One time before had this problem and the chemical despencer was in front of the heater, it has been moved and doing fine for three years i have no leaks yet, help todd cell 864 590 4212

Sounds Like a water flow problem Todd. Check your filter and skimmer to make sure they are clean. Feel the inlet and outlet water pipes while heater is running there should be a slight temp difference. If the Outlet is getting really hot, you have a flow problem and that would usually relate to a dirty filter or skimmer.
