My head set just stopped working no sound, mic dosent work or anything, plugged in a second headset to make sure it wasnt the jack, definately something wrong with the razer. any suggestions? where do i take them for repair?

Possible that the wires would have wriggled off from the jack side due to some ****. to confirm you will need to check one by one afteropening the sides,the continutiy of the wires to the jack and to the mic.
if ther is no continutiy replace the wires and jack. You can also dissect the jack to get to the problem and patch this up after finding the open wire. Ok
