My Headset just stopped working on the gn9350 headset. The base is on but it does not seem to be charging and there is no light on the headset or in front on the charging station. Is there some way to reset this?

Hi I was in a live session with you when you left. Apparently you have not paired the headset with the base. All you have to do is follow this procedure
Place the headset in the charging base->Press the base's pairing button->Both the telephone and USB buttons on the base until the headset's link indicator will light for 2 seconds indicating that the pairing is successful. It should probabl charge after this.
