1. Try plugging in the TV into known wall outlet. 2. Try using different power cable (if possible).
If same problem occur, then, the power supply board of your TV could be shot. You might want to check first all the fuse that's on the board.
If you think that all fuse are okay, check the capacitors. And the worst possible thing is, it's the whole power supply board. You might need to replace the board with a new one.
New power supply unit might cost for about $100 ++.

You need to open the back cover of the TV. Locate the power supply board and check each end of the pico fuse using a multimeter.
