I bought my homedics sbm 500 a month ago and used it a few times no problem all of the sudden when i tried to use it again today it starting making a loud clickign noise when it reached my upp er back. I havent dropped it or have done anythign to damaged it. I tried it with just the roling and the shiatsu and as soon as it reaches the top it doesnt go back down instead it keep trying to g back up and its this clicky sound
