My hot tub circulation pump not working on balboa 52320-01. I replaced a 53864 board with the 52320 with m7 programming, but now I am getting a DR reading as the circ pump is not turning on. Help!

What voltage are you getting to the circ pump? if circ pump is gettin proper power... motor windings or capacitor may be shot
