My hp desktop screen is scratchy
My hp desktop screen is really scratchy. I can't read anything. It turns on and goes to the blue hp screen but I can't read what is on it and it goes to the system recovery screen. It starts up the way it is supposed to but you can read anything on the screen.

Replace your vga cable or what cable you use first, invistigate or check the cable pins and compare to old one your using. if problem still there you must buy new monitor. k good am
