My Hp Printer photosmart all in one screen is frozen and i tryed to restart it and unplug it but nothing is working at all????
And the green power light was flashing then stopped and the screen had a code on it which is C2FF8780 any anwsers to y and im trying to install it also and cant get it to either

Idiot manufacturers, only the guy the engineered it would have clue what such a number meant. Even HP\'s own site has no clue. I guess it could always need cleaning. Printer do odd thing if their roller are gummed up.
