My HTC HD was exposed to rain after that i dry it and switch it on, it's alive but for decrease risk for death my lovely pda , i turn off it and put it on the rice! to dehumidify it,any ideas, thanks for your help

Quick possible fix... Take it to a hearing aid store. They usually have equipment to treat hearing aids suffering from "water in the ear" :-)
Actually, it is a high powered dehumidifier.
