Go to settings, then press the menu button so you go to all settings, tap sounds and notifications, then along the bottom tap notifications, then from the event drop down list select "phone: incoming call" and then on the ring type drop down list select "vibrate and ring"
This is not the case. I had everything set like you said, even before. I reset it and it did not help. But it couldn't. The problem is, that when you have your mobile screen off, Viber as if couldn't take advantage of the device. I tested it with my friend. He called me w/ my screen off and it rang in his speaker, but my phone did nothing. While "ringing" I turned the screen on and immediately, my phone began to ring. If he sent me messages w/ my screen off, they did not do any sound or anything, but obviously, they were ready to be read and show notification in the moment of me pressing button to switch the screen on. So it's some sort of bug. We'd all love you to fix it somehow, Viber is just too awesome for us not to be able to use it.This is not the case. I had everything set like you said, even before.
